Q. Are you Scentsy?

A. NO! We are not the big box brand known as Scentsy. We make all of our wax melts in small batches to ensure quality each and every time. Our wax melts are made of all natural waxes (Soy and some are a Soy and Beeswax blend) and we package our items in as much recyclable materials as possible. The Screaming Gnome is a one man show :) 

Q. What type of wax do you make your melts with?

A. We use either 100% Soy Wax Blend or A blend of 95% Soy Wax and 5% Beeswax. It depends on the type of melts for which blend of Wax we use. You can check in the product description for that information.

Q. Can I purchase expedited shipping?

A. Yes. For an additional fee, you can get faster shipping on your purchase. If you need the production of your items completed faster, please message us about rush orders.

Q. Can I return the items I purchased if I am not satisfied with them?

A. Absolutely! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we can work it out with you. You would have to pay for the return shipping and we must receive the items back before any sort of refund be sent to you.

Q. Do you do in home parties like those other guys?

A. Sure! We can set something up for a home party as long as you are located within a 30 minute drive of us. Message us for more information.
